Cancellation Policy

At Toothlife Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality of care. To ensure that all our patients receive timely service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations
​
We understand that plans can change, and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need it. Our ours of operation are Monday- Friday. Any cancelations out of business hours will not be received until the next business day.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
​
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notifying us, a flat fee of $100 will be charge to the account on file and will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
​
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at 416-698-9697 or Hello@toothlifestudio.ca during our office hours. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.

4. Exemptions and Emergencies
​
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any potential exemptions from the cancellation fee.

5. Payment of Cancellation Fees
​
The cancellation fee will be added to your account and must be settled before your next appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in the cancellation of future appointments.
